There is an update of the Enlightenment 0.21.6 ready in Sparky repository now.
Make upgrade as before:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
If you would like to make fresh installations, run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install enlightenment
