The 2nd monthly Sparky project and donate report of the 2024:
– Linux kernel updated up to 6.7.6, 6.6.18-LTS, 6.1.79-LTS & 5.15.149-LTS
– waterfox-classic-kpe & waterfox-g-kpe have been replaced by waterfox-kde package
– added to repos: mercury-browser, thorium-browser, noi, imaginer
– linux-image-sparky-amd64 meta package replaced linux-image-sparky7-amd64 meta package on Sparky 7 only
– updated sparky-tray so it calls APTus AppCenter instead of old APTus now
– fixed kill yad at sparky-usb-imager, sparky-welcome & sparky-aptus-appcenter – they don’t kill all Yad running apps, only kills it’s own window now
– Sparky 2024.02 & 2024.02 Special Editions of the rolling line released
sparkybackup changes:
– added memtest86+ to live efi boot menu
– added uEFI firmware settup to live efi grub menu
– updated memtest86+ to version 7.0 for live bios mode too
– added Sparky version to the live grub main menu
