Xdman

There is a new tool available for Sparkers: Xdman.

What is Xdman?

Xdman (XDM, Xtreme Download Manager) is a powerful tool to increase download speed up-to 500%, save and convert streaming videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Google Video and thousands of other websites, resume broken/dead downloads and schedule downloads.

Installation:

sudo apt update

ClipGrab

There is a new tool available for Sparkers: ClipGrab

What is ClipGrab?

ClipGrab is a free downloader and converter for YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook and many other online video sites. It converts downloaded videos to MPEG4, MP3 or other formats in just one easy step.

Installation (Debian “Bullseye” / Sparky “Po Tolo” only – 64 & 32 bit):
sudo apt update
sudo apt install clipgrab

or via APTus-> VideoTools.

QMPlay2

There is a new app available in Sparky repos: QMPlay2.

If you are looking for a lightweight media player that can also help you listen to online radio stations and download videos from the Internet, you should try QMPlay2.
It is a simple application, designed with a fully customizable interface, supports numerous video and audio formats, can play online audio streams and enables you to save clips from YouTube.
