Why not a SparkyLinux Cinnamon Edition

Now that Linux Mint is based on Debian Stable, why not implement a SparkyLinux Cinnamon edition?

There are too many Sparky spins already exist to make another one.
But, the Cinnamon and many other desktops will be available to install from the Sparky MinimalISO soon.
