I have found a bug which didn’t let me chroot properly and build updated iso image.
It’s fixed now, so upgrade the application to the newest version.
Remember, that Custom ISO Builder is still under development so it can by buggy and makes some problems.
If you find something abnormal, report it on our forums, please.
